私は新潟県の新潟市という町に住んでいます。
I live in the town named Ｎｉｉｇａｔａ City in Ｎｉｉｇａｔａ Prefecture.
近年、新潟市は過疎化が進み、特に若者の人口が減少しています。
This City advances by depopulation, and is decreasing the population of the young person especially in recent years.
私は数少ない若者の１人として、新潟市のために何か奉仕をしたいと今まで考えていました。
I had thought that I wanted to do some services as one of the very few young people for This City up to now.
第１に、私は新潟市の青年自治消防団員の一人として活動します。
First, I act as one of the young person autonomy fire fighters of this city.
