They are in charge of the Palm House at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Kew is placed westward in London. The Palm House is a world-famous glasshouse.
What are they doing at there?
They water all the plants in The Palm House every morning. Then they prune them. The trees would grow out of the house otherwise, and they have to shape them and keep them grow
